How to employ a classical music to business, students and guests of the BIONIC University found out at the designer’s workshop by Lyubomyrа Burlachuk, kmbs professor, teacher of the author’s program Beyond Business: Arts and Music for Creative Leaders. The audience got acquainted with various leadership styles applied by masters of business management. Afterwards, on the example of symphony orchestra, as an ideal model of society, they analyzed an interaction styles of leader-conductor and team-orchestra.
